"[Antonio] made her feel awful, like a child. Even before he walked out on her, he just made her feel not important enough to have in his life."

"It's a very tumultuous time for [them]. It isn't going to heal overnight. You're going to see a different side of Jessica. Who knows where it's going?"

"It's totally gonna change the character forever. I think that maybe this will help the audience accept why Jessica made some of those not-so-strong choices over the past year."

Why does Jessica go to Niki for help? (SOD 12/20/05)
"It's just not in Jessica's nature to sit back and watch the chips fall where they may. She's going to go out and chase down the answers."

What's different about Tess this time around? (SOD 8/19/08)
"She's so angry, and there are constrictions on her now, being pregnant. She's not hanging out at bars with guys, but she's even more conniving and manipulative than before."

Why has no one noticed that Jessica is Tess until now? (SOD 9/2/08)
"I think anything Tess-like that Viki would have noticed would have been passed off as grief or absent-mindedness. And then Natalie is just so happy that her sister has forgiven her that it just doesn't register that Jess might be Tess."

What are Tess's weaknesses? (SOD 9/23/08)
"Right now, she's keeping them all pretty hidden, but I'd say Nash would be one, and her babies would be another. She actually says at one point that she's doing this all for her baby so she's able to look it in the eye when it's older."

Did Tess ever really consider the trouble she/Jessica would have been in if Jared and Natalie died? (SOD 11/25/08)
"I don't think she ever really thought about the consequences. She's like a little kid in that way. I think that she was more concerned about being in deep, deep trouble with the baby rather than with Natalie and Jared's fate."
